At SkillSetz, we understand that our customers come to us with different business and technical requirements. That's why we have developed 4 different customer personae, which are selected by our users during the on-boarding process. We differentiate internally based on the Role (whether they are buying or providing services) and by the Solution (Marketplace or Enterprise). Users can select or prioritize one or both roles at any time.
These four personae are designated in our Product and Business Development roadmaps as:

- SMB Provider
- Enterprise Buyer
- Enterprise Provider
These personae are our Core Customer Coordinates. We developed then to frame all of our strategic thinking and product development - including our flywheel shown below.
