Project Roles

There are four available attendee roles for any SkillSetz project, each of whom must abide by the rules of engagement set for in the agreement, including the SkillSetz platform agreement. 

  • Buyer Administrator - a Service Buyer who initially creates the project, controls who attends, and has final approval on all Work Orders.  
  • Provider Respondent - a Service Provider who is authorized to bind him/herself or his/her organization to a Work Order in SkillSetz.
  • Approver - invited by either the Buyer Administrator or Provider Respondent to participate in the SkillSetz digital approval process of any Work Order.
  • Watcher - invited by either the Buyer Administrator or Provider Respondent to attend any project and subsequent work order with View/Read-only rights.

A fifth role - that of SkillSetz Administrator - is available for enterprise clients. SkillSetz Administrators are employees of SkillSetz who run a fully managed project at the request, and on behalf, of a Service Buyer at a client firm.
